Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Seearco Industrial Abrasives. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Rates are dependent on your location and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery will be by carrier of our choice. This may include but is not limited to; Post haste, Castle Parcels, New Zealand Couriers or Aramex(Formerly Fastway Couriers)

Delays can occasionally occur through the carrier and are out of our control.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

All items sent by Seearco Industrial Abrasives are trackable. We can provide this information upon request once your order has been processed.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Seearco Industrial Abrasives is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order beyond GST. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

Seearco Industrial Abrasives is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside New Zealand
